Lachlan Ilias's Tibial Fracture Surgery Explained!

South Sydney Rabbitohs halfback Lachlan Ilias suffered a tibial fracture to his right leg whilst playing in the NSW Cup. This is not a common injury for rugby league players but can be devastating and usually results in a long recovery. Ilias has been predicted to have a tibial nail, rod or plate. This video reveals how from pictures shown after the injury, the fracture is likely to be close to the ankle.
