Speaking of syndesmotic injuries. Star NBA basketballer, LeBron James, sustained a high ankle sprain against the Atlanta Hawks on March 20! He has been placed into a boot, and there is no talk of surgery, suggesting he has a Grade I Syndesmotic Injury.
