Christmas time is a time for family, friends and happiness. It is also a time when orthopaedic surgeons see a steady flow of injuries from installing Christmas lights! A study from Canada showed that people who injured themselves installing Christmas lights spent an average of 15 days in hospital. Unfortunately here in Australia, we see much of the same.
